May is a passionate hotelier always aiming for outshining the excellence. She would drive the superior customer service, performance excellence and total customer satisfaction to her team to achieve more. She has obtained more than 20 years of experience as hospitality professional with the strong background of Sales Management, Marketing Management, Operations Management and General Management. Previously she has worked with Nikko Hotels International as Director of Sales & Marketing and Asst. General Manager (Marketing & Operations) with Chatrium Hotel Royal Lake Yangon.

May is currently serving as the Chairperson of Myanmar Tourism Marketing and Vice Chairman of Myanmar Tourism Federation. Myanmar Tourism Marketing - “MTM” is the "Marketing Arm" of Myanmar Tourism Federation at the supporting role for the destination promotion, destination marketing to global markets, public relations and promoting awareness for the Myanmar destination.

May is also contributing to the capacity development by lecturing Hospitality Management Studies, Customer Service Excellence, Service Marketing, Hospitality Marketing, etc at National Management Degree College, Yangon, Myanmar and various private institutes as a visiting lecturer since 2015. She also has conducted several public seminars of range from 50 to 300 attendees.

May is also a co-founder of PMA (Professional Marketers Association) since 2012. PMA is founded with the objective of supporting the capacity development of young marketers of Myanmar. PMA organized several seminars and workshops on Marketing, Leadership, Service, etc.
